Product Description
The innovative UNI yarn dyeing machine contains two different working principles, air pad and full flood.
Liquor ratio starts at 1:4 - 1:6, through the individual areas of application. Our UNI Eco-Dye is a versatile and economical solution and offers new perspectives and opportunities for all progressive textile companies. With a wide range of potential applications, the UNI dyeing machine can be used to process material in many forms including yarn packages, muffs, warp beams, loose stock, tops, ribbons and tapes made of natural, man-made fibers and their blends.


Special features:
- Adopt innovative centrifugal pump, with the advantage of high performance, high efficiency, low energy consumption, long service life and convenient maintenance.
- Newly developed internal heating core to improve heat exchange efficiency
- The new automatic liquid-flow reversing device, combined with the innovative centrifugal pump, shortens the distance between the pump and the yarn carrier, reduces the pressure loss and the liquor ratio.
- Low liquor ratio dyeing: Save dyes, chemical additives, steam, electricity and water consumption. (1:4-1:6).
- Flexible loading: Special designed fast flexible loading carrier, with the intelligent water in control, it can reduce the water consumption.
- Special pulse flow dyeing machine technology: adopt the advanced pulse flow power-saving system, it can constantly change the dyeing liquor pressure for the yarn, increase the level dyeing property, reduce the power consumption.

- All metal parts of the dyeing machine contact with the dye liquor are made of high quality anti-- corrosion stainless steel 316L
- High efficient internal heating core
- Max. working pressure: 0.4Mpa.
- Max. working temperature: 140ºC
- Heating rate: 20~130ºC about 30 minutes (Saturated steam pressure 0.7Mpa)
- Cooling rate: 130~80ºC about 20minutes (cooling water pressure 0.3Mpa)
- Vertical dyeing tank equipped with counter weight or pneumatic cylinder
- Preparation tank with ration dosing system
- Pressurized air for main tank (Air pad type)
- High accurate pressure transmitter to control the liquor level
- Multi-function intelligent computer and PLC control the dosing, water inletting, draining and rising
