HTHP Multi Flow Sample Dyeing Machine not only has the air and liquid multifunction dyeing, but also has the separate airflow dyeing function, suitable for different style. It is suitable for all types of knitted, woven fabrics: 100% Cotton, Polyester blended etc.

1.Energy saving

1.1 Compared with traditional airflow dyeing machine it can save about 15%~20% of electricity.

 1.2 Extreme low liquor ratio start at 1:2~1:3, Compared with traditional overflow dyeing machine, it can save 60% water, and significantly reduce the auxiliaries, save more dye stuffs.

2.Good levelness and high color fastness

The fabric has excellent dyeing effect, no crease mark, when the machine running in air and liquid multifunction condition. The fabric not only has the same flatness and color fastness as overflow dyeing machine, but also has the same hand feeling as airflow dyeing machine the level dyeing is better than overflow dyeing machine.

3.Short process times

3.1 High temperature draining system, save dyeing time.

3.2 High efficiency heating system, cold water can increase to 60℃~70℃ instantly, save process time.

3.3Continuous rinsing technology, the clean water is sprayed to fabric by the water injection system, the waste water is drained directly, so that it can achieve excellent rinsing effect, and can save water and time.
